BiographyI am a Reserch Fellow (Bitradande universitetslektor) at the Computer Vision Laboratory, Linköping University. I received my M.Sc. in Intelligent Systems Design from Chalmers University of Technology Sweden in 2007 and PhD from Computer Vision Center Barcelona and Autonomous University of Barcelona Spain in 2011.
My research interests include a wide range of topics within computer vision: object detection, tracking, and recognition, semantic description of humans, and vision for autonomous systems.

I have been awarded a 4-year research grant (3.4 million SEK in total) by the Swedish Research Council (VR) 2016.
CVPR 2017 paper ECO: Efficient Convolution Operators for Tracking accepted.
Best paper award at ICPR 2016 for "Deep Motion Features for Visual Tracking".
ECCV 2016 paper Beyond Correlation Filters: Learning Continuous Convolution Operators for Visual Tracking accepted as Oral Presentation.
IEEE TPAMI journal paper about the DSST tracker accepted.
