Assistant Professor Per Öberg

I am presently working as Assistant Professor at Vehicular Systems at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Linköpings universitet (Linköping University). I started my Ph.D. studies in Mars 2003 after completing my M.Sc. degree in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering (Y) at Linköpings universitet. I defended my dissertation in June 2009.

During my M.Sc. studies I specialized in signal and image processing and my Master Theses is on the subject of tracking objects on the ground from a helicopter using image processing.

My PhD Thesis titled "A DAE Formulation for Multi-Zone Thermodynamic Models and its Application to CVCP Engines" was on the subject of thermodynamic modeling and simulation.

I am now involved in our new Laboratory for Sustainable Development using Systems Science in Energy and Transportation where my focus is Embedded Systems, Real Time Control, and Measurement Technology. Read more on my research page
