Hanna Nyqvist is currently a PhD student at the Division of Automatic Control at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Linköping University. She started her PhD studies in October 2012 after completing her M.Sc. degree in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering (Y) at Linköping University. Her master thesis is titled Image Database for Pose Hypotheses Generation and was written in cooperation with Australian Centre for Field Robotics at the University of Sydney. Hanna got her licentiate degree in December 2016 after defending her thesis On Pose Estimation in Room-Scaled Environments.
Hannas's current research interest is in sensor fusion and localisation/navigation including fusion of IMU data, information from visual images and ultra wide band sensors. For further information regarding Hanna's research, see the current research page.
Hanna has been involved in courses teaching subjects such as automatic control, signal processing, modelling and simulation. See the teaching page for more information.
