Ph.D. Student Tomas Nilsson
Biography
I was born in 1983 in Falun, Sweden. I received my MSc degree in Vehicle Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden, in 2009. In September the same year I commenced my PhD studies at Vehicular Systems, Linköping University.
Research
My research interests are in vehicular engine and transmission control and optimization. My research has been almost exclusively focused on a project in cooperation with Volvo Construction Equipment, in which the control of wheel loader transmissions is studied.
